AI agent development / redrose.digitalPut the repeat work
in capable hands.

AI agents built around commercial decisions and the jobs your team repeats: finding account opportunities, reviewing performance and preparing useful reports. Connected to your tools, with clear instructions and human review.

Let’s talk about your project
One team. Joined-up thinking.

A clear task.
Connected tools.
Useful output.

AI agent development
The thinking behind the work

Start with a real job. Build around it.

An agent needs a clear purpose, reliable information and a useful output. We start with the work that takes your time, then design a practical way to support it.

Our work includes commercial agents for Beacon International, alongside Trello delivery reporting, Search Console reviews and checking incoming requests against project tasks. We connect the evidence to a practical next action, keeping source facts separate from recommendations.

What we can help with

The right skills.
Put to work.

01

Beacon: Weekly Commercial Review

An agent workflow that brings account and purchasing data into a commercial review. It produces account segments, watchlists and opportunities for product recovery, cross-sell and customer reactivation, giving the sales team a focused set of accounts to review.

02

Beacon: Trade Account Opportunities

An agent that reconciles trade-account applications, purchasing history and Zoho CRM and invoice records, using BigQuery data and supporting workbooks. It checks prospect and converted-account status, identifies wider account opportunities and recommends priorities for sales follow-up.

03

Trello planning & delivery reports

We have built workflows that review live editorial and development boards, summarise progress, and flag blocked work or outstanding approvals. Reports link back to the tasks behind each finding.

04

Search performance reviews

We have tested an agent using connected Search Console data to compare clicks, impressions and page position over time. It highlights gains and losses and prepares practical next steps for review.

05

Requests checked against tasks

We have used an agent workflow to compare email requests, documents and Trello cards. It helps spot requests without a matching task and makes follow-up work easier to see.

06

Connections to your tools

We agree which information the agent needs and connect the appropriate systems. Our work has included BigQuery, Zoho CRM and invoices, Trello, Gmail, Google Drive and Search Console, including a custom Trello connection.

07

Clear instructions & review points

We define the task, the sources it can use and the actions it can take. Recommendations and proposed changes remain easy to review, with approval steps where the workflow requires them.

08

Testing & ongoing improvement

We test against real examples, check the output against its sources and refine the instructions. We agree how the agent will run and who will review it before putting it into regular use.

How the work happens

Clear scope.
Shared direction.

We agree the priorities and budget before work begins. Your project gets the skills it needs, with someone keeping the whole picture in view.

How we plan the work
  1. 01

    Scope

Choose a repeat task, agree the output and identify the information and permissions it needs.

  2. 02

    Connect & test

Build the instructions and connections, then test the workflow against real work and known results.

  3. 03

    Review & refine

Agree the review process, hand over the workflow and improve it as your tools and needs change.

Before we talk

Good
questions.

What do you mean by an AI agent?

A workflow that uses AI to carry out a defined task with agreed instructions and access to relevant tools or information. It might review a project board or prepare a report for someone to check.

What have you already built?

We have built Beacon commercial review and trade-account opportunity workflows, as well as Trello planning and reporting, a tested Search Console review agent, and a workflow that checks email requests against documents and tasks. These examples inform how we scope new projects.

How do you keep commercial recommendations grounded?

We distinguish recorded purchases, invoices and CRM status from the agent’s assessment of an opportunity. Outputs identify missing information and the checks needed before sales follow-up, so the team can review the reasoning against its sources.

Can an agent change our systems?

Only within the access and actions agreed for the project. A reporting agent may only read information. Where changes are needed, we can include a review and approval step before they are made.

Can it run on a schedule?

Where the platform and connections support scheduling, we can agree a regular run. We test the access and output first and make clear who reviews the results and what happens if a connection fails.

What does a project cost?

That depends on the task, tools, connections and level of review needed. We agree a focused scope and price after understanding the workflow.
